Primary Responsibilities:
Generate new leads through networking and market research.
Develop relationships with clients such as general contractors, architects, and property developers.
Understand and present our construction service and products.
Collaborate with design and engineering teams to offer customized solutions.
Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
Stay updated on industry trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Maintain an organized sales pipeline to meet targets.
Qualifications:
5+ years of outside sales experience in commercial construction.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and critical thinking skills.
Strong knowledge of construction materials and processes.
Initiative-taking, independent and team oriented.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Education and Other Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business, construction management or related field.

Primary Responsibilities:
Perform carpentry work per specifications and blueprints.
Construct, install, and repair wood structures and fixtures.
Assist with concrete, tile masonry and roof repairs.
Use power tools and hand tools safely.
Lift heavy materials as needed and assist with restoration projects.
Qualifications:
1+ years of carpentry experience.
Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
Skilled in carpentry, concrete and roof repairs.
Proficient with power tools and hand tools.
Education and Other Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
OSHA 10 certification (preferred).
Valid driver’s license and own transportation required.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and kneel for extended periods of time.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
