Who We Are Looking For:

We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator who can help tell the story behind our commercial construction projects, people, and culture. This role supports marketing and business development efforts through content creation, social media, proposal support, and brand consistency. The ideal candidate is organized, creative, and comfortable collaborating with project teams and leadership in a fast-paced construction environment. Experience or interest in commercial construction, architecture, or related industries is a plus. If you’re a hands-on who thrives on teamwork, problem-solving, and building with precision we want you on the Churchill McGee team.

What You’ll Do:

Website & Internal Displays

  • Maintain current website
  • Update website as needed to keep sections/information current
  • Create and Maintain Project Pages
  • Update/Maintain Internal TV Marketing Slide Show

 

Social Media

  • Maintain current social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Google (?), LinkedIn)
  • Create and post 3-4X times weekly to social media accounts (Project Award, Project Completion, Recruiting, Give Back Events, Industry Awards, etc.)
  • Manage SEO Strategy – Optimize pages for key search terms 
  • Company Resumes/Certifications/Awards
  • Create and maintain resumes for Mothership, Divisional Managers, Project Managers, and Superintendents
  • Schedule and Maintain Headshots for resumes & internal employee board
  • Maintain Records of Company Certifications (OSHA 10, OSHA 30, CPR & BBP, ASHE/KSHE, etc.)
  • Apply for Industry Awards as directed by the Director of Pre-Construction

 

Projects

  • Order Job Site Signage
  • Update Job Site Signage as needed to align with Company Brand Standards
  • Monthly Record of Existing Jobsite Signage
  • Schedule Final Completion Photos
  • Create One-Page Job Summary Document upon project completion

 

Culture/Swag/Branding

  • Assist Culture with organizing company events and have company branded material at the event
  • Assist Recruiting with Marketing Materials & Swag needed for Recruiting Events
  • Design/Order/Distribute Company Swag based on Company Brand Standards
    • New Hire Welcome Kit
    • Biannual Employee Swag
    • Vehicle Stickers
    • Business Cards
    • Branded Materials/Swag for Jobsites
    • Assemble Client Welcome & Thank You Gifts
    • Sales to distribute to clients

 

What You’ll Bring:

  • Proven experience coordinating marketing efforts within commercial construction, AEC, or professional services
  • Strong writing, editing, and content development skills with an eye for brand consistency
  • Experience supporting proposals, qualifications (RFQs/RFPs), and presentations
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines while collaborating with project teams, leadership, and external partners
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar design tools
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
