This role requires someone who can confidently oversee multiple projects, build strong relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors, and proactively solve problems before they impact schedule or cost. We’re seeking a leader who is organized, accountable, and committed to delivering successful projects safely, efficiently, and professionally.

- Provide strong jobsite and project leadership by coordinating internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to meet milestones and project goals.
- Manage project scope, schedules, and budgets to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and within contract requirements.
- Review and execute Owner contracts, work plans, addenda, plans, and specifications.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, including project sequencing and look-ahead planning.
- Prepare project estimates, budgets, and detailed project plans for all phases of construction.
- Lead subcontractor buyout and procurement efforts, including purchasing materials and ensuring resources are secured to meet project timelines.
- Oversee project documentation including RFIs, submittals, and approvals; review and approve all submittals as required.
- Run project coordination meetings and provide ongoing direction to field teams and trade partners.
- Track progress daily and proactively resolve schedule impacts, scope gaps, conflicts, and critical path issues.
- Provide clear and consistent status updates to leadership and stakeholders regarding milestones, risks, changes, and project performance.
- Complete monthly billing and support project financial reporting, including forecasting and cost control.
- Ensure projects meet quality standards through consistent oversight, documentation, and accountability.
- Support continuous improvement by helping develop internal processes, templates, tools, and best practices.
- Assist in the field when needed to support jobsite success and problem resolution.
- Monitor staff performance, provide coaching, and participate in performance reviews when applicable.
- Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks (lifting, kneeling, standing for long periods).
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (preferred).
- OSHA-10/OSHA-30 certification (preferred).
What You’ll Bring:
- 5+ years of experience in a supervisory role in commercial construction.
- Strong experience leading commercial construction projects with full job site ownership
- Ability to manage multi-trade coordination, scheduling, and site logistics to keep projects on track
- Solid understanding of plans/specs, construction methods, and quality expectations
- Commitment to jobsite safety, organization, and accountability
- Confident leadership and communication skills with crews, subcontractors, and project teams
- Proactive problem-solving and the ability to make decisions quickly in the field
- Comfortable using jobsite technology such as Procore and digital plan systems
What We Offer:
- Competitive pay for proven leaders.
- Health, dental, vision, life, disability, and Simple IRA.
- Paid time off.
