Who We Are Looking For:
We’re seeking an experienced Commercial Concrete Foreman who leads by example and takes pride in quality workmanship. You know how to manage crews, read plans, and keep projects moving safely and efficiently. If you’re a hands-on leader who thrives on teamwork, problem-solving, and building with precision we want you on the Churchill McGee team.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and supervise concrete crews on commercial construction projects.
- Coordinate daily job site activities to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to specification.
- Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and layouts to guide your team’s work.
- Oversee concrete placement, finishing, forming, and curing with attention to quality and detail.
- Communicate clearly with Project Managers, Superintendents, and other team members to keep projects on track.
- Monitor materials, tools, and equipment to maintain productivity and minimize downtime.
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed and promote a culture of job site safety.
- Train and mentor crew members to build skill, teamwork, and accountability.
What You’ll Bring:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in commercial concrete construction
- Lead and supervise concrete crews on commercial construction projects.
- Coordinate daily job site activities to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to specification.
- Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and layouts to guide your team’s work.
- Oversee concrete placement, finishing, forming, and curing with attention to quality and detail.
- Communicate clearly with Project Managers, Superintendents, and other team members to keep projects on track.
- Monitor materials, tools, and equipment to maintain productivity and minimize downtime.
- Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks (lifting, kneeling, standing for long periods).
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (preferred).
- OSHA-10/OSHA-30 certification (preferred).
