We are looking for a powerhouse construction leader to serve as Director of Field Operations in our rapidly growing Louisville region.
Job Summary:
The Director of Field Operations will be responsible for leading and developing field operations across the region. We are seeking someone known for building strong teams, delivering complex projects with precision, and driving operational excellence. This role goes beyond managing day-to-day operations - it is about elevating performance, fostering collaboration with clients and project partners, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

- Execution of high-impact construction projects across the region
- Strategic assignment of teams, equipment, and vendors
- On-site leadership through safety audits, schedule reviews, and quality checks
- Mentorship that builds careers and strengthens culture
- Trusted relationships with clients, subcontractors, and union partners
- Innovation through continuous improvement and operational best practices
What You Bring:
- 20+ years of field construction experience, including 10+ in leadership
- Mastery of self-performed trades and construction delivery
- Financial fluency and scheduling savvy
- Tech-forward mindset (Procore or similar tools)
- Clear communicator, decisive leader, and strategic thinker
- Valid driver’s license and insurable MVR
