Sales Representative

The Sales Representative (SR) reports directly to the President and serves as a key ambassador for Rosa Mosaic. This role is responsible for driving profitable growth by representing Rosa Mosaic’s full portfolio of products and services, specifying products within the architectural and design community, and securing sales with general contractors, commercial property owners, millwork companies, and residential production builders. The SR works crossfunctionally with all team members to deliver a seamless customer experience.

 

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

 

Develop and execute a strategic sales plan that drives profitable revenue growth across

 

the full portfolio of Rosa Mosaic products and services.

 

Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities while expanding relationships

 

with existing clients.

 

Represent and promote the full range of Rosa Mosaic products and services, ensuring

 

alignment with customer needs and project requirements.

 

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive repeat business,

 

including commercial property owners, developers, architects, designers, general

 

contractors, and residential production builders.

 

Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding their objectives and

 

recommending solutions with Rosa Mosaic’s products and services.

 

Establish and maintain client files and perform timely follow-up on projects and

 

programs.

 

Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions to strengthen

 

brand awareness and customer engagement.

 

Prepare and present proposals and agreements to prospective clients.

 

Negotiate terms and pricing to secure profitable sales agreements.

 

Organize and maintain current Rosa Mosaic product samples and information in

 

customers’ design centers
Maintain accurate, up-to-date customer records, manage follow-ups, and track all

 

estimates in Rosa Mosaic’s CRM to ensure consistent engagement to drive profitable

 

revenue growth across every customer.

 

Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients, addressing any concerns or issues in

 

a prompt and professional manor.

 

Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to

 

identify new opportunities for business growth.

 

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and installation of products and

 

related services.

 

Recommend changes in products or services by evaluating results and competitive

 

developments.

 

Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events.

Computer skills:

Desired Experience

 

Minimum three or more years building products industry experience in outside sales is

 

preferred.

 

Undergraduate/trade/design school education preferred, or equivalent experience

 

required.

 

Experience with coordinating design and finish elements is a plus.

 

Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.

 

Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
