Must have traits:

• Two (2) Year Degree
• Practical estimating background, that is easily adaptaptable to construction trades
• Auto Cad – helpful
• Construction Experience – helpful
• General Roofing Experience – very helpful
• Construction Submittal Procedures
• Roofing Experience, Commercial
• Tech School – helpful with emphasize on quantitative construction digitizers or drawing
