Information Meeting for Upcoming Bid: Rehabilitate and Reconstruct Runway 5-23 Phase II - Buffalo, NY

The Buffalo Niagara International Airport is reaching out to contractors nationwide to gauge interest in a $50,000,000 rehabilitation and reconstruction project.

This is a meeting only to discuss an upcoming project to be advertised for bid in early December 2023. Bidding documents will be available at the time of bid advertisement.

Agenda for discussion:

1) Scope of Work
o Rehabilitation and reconstruction of 4,135 linear feet of Runway
o Reconstruction of three connector taxiways
o Installation of approximately 68,000 tons of runway asphalt pavement
o Installation of approximately 175,000 LF airfield electrical cable / 70,000 LF conduit duct bank
o Installation of approximately 350 L-868B Load Bearing Light Bases
o Installation of approximately 50 Size 3 airfield guidance signs (1 to 4 module)
