Description
This course is designed for safety directors, Human Resource Managers, Supervisors and/or Managers responsible for their employer’s safety compliance.
This course will cover:
- What “training” does OSHA require.
- What “qualifications” does OSHA require to conduct training.
- Discuss & review ANSI Z490.1: Criteria for Accepted Practices in Safety & Health Training.
- How to conduct effective training (adult learning).
