Position Summary:
We're looking for a friendly, organized, and driven individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative & Scheduler. In this role, you'll be the first voice our customers hear and a key part of keeping our office running efficiently. From scheduling service calls to supporting our technicians and sales team, you'll play an important role in delivering the Arronco experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service by answering calls, assisting customers, and creating a positive experience every time
- Schedule and coordinate service and maintenance appointments to keep our technicians running efficiently
- Manage a high-volume, fast-paced workload while staying organized and detailoriented
- Enter and track sales leads generated by our service team
- Oversee and maintain sales incentive (spiff) programs
- Process recurring payments and maintain accurate customer billing information
- Assist with accounts receivable, including collecting past-due balances and maintaining tracking spreadsheets
- Support daily office operations and help keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes
What We're Looking For:
- A positive attitude and strong customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable using computers, scheduling software, and office tools
HVAC experience is a plus, but not required - we're happy to train the right person
Previous experience in customer service and scheduling is preferred
