Pool Technician

nland Pools & Construction is seeking a Pool Construction Serive Techician (Experience required) who excels in all aspects of swimming pool installation and general construction projects. Potential for business partnership for the right candidate. Inland Pools has been in business for 20+ years and has a strong reputation in the luxury pool market. We are continuously growing and awarded new projects that we need to hire top-notch people to help continue to grow in a thriving market. Maintaining our level of excellence in deliverability is key to our success. You will report directly to the Project Manager as well as the Business Owner. Monday - Friday, Some Weekends 40 plus hours weekly Requirements: *Must have a clean driving record and reliable transportation. *Good communication skills *Pool construction experience *Organizational and time-management skills *A team player *Ability to work with little supervision *Ability to be effective when meeting subcontractors and clients *Ability to lift 50 or more lbs. unassisted *Able and willing to perform duties requiring physical labor *Deliver equipment to job sites *Keep job sites clean Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to $20-$22 per hour depending upon experience Work truck to be provided. Experience: Construction: At least some pool construction experience required.
