Role Description
This is a part-time (up to 30 hours per week? 3 to 4 days a week TBD with flexible hours) on-site role for an Office Manager/Book Keeper located in Louisville, KY. The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily office operations, including managing office equipment, providing administrative assistance, and ensuring smooth office administration. The role also requires coordinating with customers and providing exemplary customer service, managing communication, and handling administrative tasks.
 
Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration
  • Experience with managing Office Equipment and supply inventory
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and QuickBooks
  • Relevant experience in an office management role is required
  • Must have a good working knowledge in the construction industry with experience with certified payroll
 
This position has the possibility of going full time in the future and would include access to health benefits and 401K.
